The forced fields no longer viable.

For the full vibrancy of life

can only be accessed through love.

Not coercion.

The chips have fallen.

The die cast.

Dear friends!
August is completed. It was a month that reminded us of the fragility of life. People all over the world have been touched by tragedy, and experienced the loss of loved ones.

Here in my country, we are mourning the passing of a beloved monarch, King Harald, at the age of 89. He passed away in the early hours of Friday, during the lunar eclipse. In the following days, the impact he has had on the people of Norway has become very visible. He was a loving and compassionate man, caring deeply for his people, especially for those in need.

Every day, thousands gather in front of the Royal Palace here in Oslo to pay their respects. It is a very touching experience to be there, an atmosphere of quiet dignity and deep gratitude. But most of all, it gives you a sense of connectedness and community, of feeling the bond that is between us all. It is as if through the passing of this one man, we see ourselves – and each other – more clearly.

Welcome to the August Gathering in Grace, Sunday August 2

Setting sail for tomorrow

is only possible

by leaving yesterday behind.

You cannot move forward

by clinging to the past.

You cannot see the path ahead

by constantly looking

in the rear view mirror.

For life is always about

venturing into the unknown.

To daringly go where no one

has gone before you.

But you never walk alone.

You do not need to face

the next step all by yourself.

Mankind has chosen

to leave behind

the road of servitude.

To push off in a very new direction.

One that will bring you closer.

To each other, and to your original purpose.

To create a haven for co-creation.

One where you can all blossom.

One where you can all thrive.

One where you can all find

that true meaning of life.

To live from love,

and to delight in all that life has to offer.

August comes in with a promise of even more, with two eclipses and the Lion’s Gate portal. This is a time of change. A time of letting go, but also of receiving. Most of all, it is a time for coming together, for feeling the support of the WE.

Welcome to Solstice activations and the July Gathering in Grace

The time has come to turn another leaf.

The Book of Ages has opened.

Come inside and have a look around.

You are all invited into this magical space.

It is a space of belonging, of homecoming.

A space that is new, yet very familiar.

It is a place of remembrance.

Of setting yourself free

from all perceptions of identity.

This is where you come to be reborn.

This is where you come to remember.

This is where you come to become.

The tides have turned.

The doors are open.

It is time to set yourself free.

It is time to turn on the light.

It is time to sing and dance and shout with joy.

It is time.

Dear friends!

We are approaching the Summer Solstice here up north, and my sister and I have once again been called back to the mountains. We will be staying there for two weeks, doing ceremonies and activations. On the day of the Solstice and on the following days, we will be joined by a group of women. They, like us, have been called to come to the heart of the Jotunheimen mountains. Our presence there has been requested – with our feet on the ground and our hearts wide open. Together, we will facilitate the opening of portals and the activation of energies. It is the continuation of the work our group carried out there last year, and the work that my sister and I have been called to do in that area for the last 20 years.

If you feel called to join us, either in person or in spirit, please feel free to do so. You can read more about the group work we will be doing, Deep Listening in Jotunheimen, here.

On Sunday, July 5, at 20:00 our time (UTC +2), you are all invited to join us in spirit for the July Gathering in Grace. I do not know where we will be at that time. Behold the pillars of light,

created by countless

luminous souls.

Like vertebrae,

you unify to form

supple spines

of sacred geometry.

It is like a brand new backbone.

A sturdy structure,

supporting the emancipation

of Mankind.

For as you stand tall

in your light,

you hold space

for others to rise.

This is June, the month of expansion. Many have spoken of the energetic importance of the next few weeks, and the intensity has registered already. This is certainly a time when we need to BE there for each other, to connect “like vertebrae forming a supple spine”. In times like these, feeling the support from our brothers and sisters makes it easier to “stand tall in  our light.”

The winds of change

are shifting the sands of time.

Witness as the deeper truths

are being laid bare.

The New reality is emerging.

Budding open to reveal the awareness

that has been waiting to blossom.

It may look fragile,

but it is firmly anchored.

In Mother Earth

as well as in the firmament.

So behold the gifts that unfurl around you.

Their stature belies their impact,

as the tiniest of shifts

may engender the mightiest of change.

As events continue to escalate, stirring up emotions and igniting fear, we are being called to act as frequency holders. To be like islands of coherence in the midst of the chaos, shining our light to help others navigate through the stormy waters.

Welcome to the April Gathering in Grace, Sunday April 5

The Divine light is ushering in

a new era for mankind.

Cauterizing old wounds,

igniting new hope.

Dispelling ancient lies

and initiating a new way of existence.

It is a gift offered freely,

but in order to be received,

you must make space by relinquishing

the notions of yesteryear.

What is no longer viable,

needs to be jettisoned

in order for these new flowers of life

to take hold.

So let go of the limiting beliefs of the end times,

and embrace the invitation to rebirth.

Then you will access

all necessary nutrients to thrive,

as will those around you.

For this is a communal effort.

Taken on as individuals,

but only accomplished as ONE.

So go within,

but connect without,

creating New communities of souls.

Together, you will bring this endeavour to fruition.

April is here, the month of spring and rebirth in our corner of the world. Mother Nature is coming to life again, after being dormant under the winter snow. This is also a time of upheaval and change. Of battles being fought and lives being lost alongside the promise of new life in this changing of the seasons. It is easy to get lost in the shadows that stand out so starkly now. Easy to get disempowered and disillusioned by the display of darkness we witness in so many corners of our world. But our task is to focus on the light. Our task is to stand together and help “these new flowers of life to take hold”.

Welcome to the March Gathering in Grace, Sunday March 1

Continue to stand tall

in your light.

Keep reaching for the stars.

For you do not stand alone.

Like a tree in the forest,

you are surrounded by your kin.

Intrinsically connected,

even when far apart.

For you are but one

of a whole host of Enlightened Souls.

Here to help elevate

the levels of light.

It may feel daunting

at times like these.

But it is not a burden

as long as it is shared.

It is a gift.

One that you are invited 

to  give, but also to receive.

For you do not stand alone.

We are in the midst of Eclipse season. And, as many predicted, the incoming energies have set off a whole host of global events. So much is literally coming to light now, ripping away the veils of illusion. It can be challenging to keep “standing tall”, but that is also why we are here, in this NOW. Together. To be the calm eye in the storm. To help others see that even if the world they knew seems to fall apart around them, there is a solid foundation  to stand upon and rebuild the New.

Crystalline emergence

One by one,

the illusions shatter.

Veil after veil dissolving

under the increasing influx

of light particles.

Outdated structures crumble

to make space

for a new crystalline emergence.

A solid foundation

upon which a new world

will be constructed.

By the people.

For the people.

For you cannot seek outside

for salvation.

Nor find your own strength

by giving it away to others.

It is only within

that this sound foundation exists.

This is what will emerge

when the old world falls apart.

Welcome to the February Gathering in Grace, Sunday February 1

Seek out the light.

It is everywhere.

Sometimes seemingly scattered

when projected through the lens of life.

But it is always there.

Always present.

Even when the shadows

seem to become more and more dense.

They only appear as such

because the light is in actual fact

rapidly brightening.

So seek out the light.

It is always there.

When you see through your heart

and not only through your eyes.

January is coming to a close. It is hard to find adequate words to sum up the first month of 2026. Global events have touched us all, making it challenging to keep our balance. But the light is always there. “Even when the shadows seem to become more and more dense.” So let us continue to hold that focus. As ONE.

The Choir of Light

Dear friends! I was guided to share these words again, they are an important reminder to us all in times like these:

The choir of light is singing.

Ever stronger.

Ever brighter.

Like the jubilant sound 

of birds heralding in dawn, 

your voices ring out across the world.

In what for many may seem

as the darkest of hours, 

you send out a message of hope.

For this is not the end.

This is the beginning

of a vibrant New Day.

And one by one, 

countless others 

will pick up their courage, 

adding their voice

to this wondrous choir of light.

Can you feel it in your heart?

Can you feel it in your bones?

Dawn is coming.
