Dear friends! August is completed. It was a month that reminded us of the fragility of life. People all over the world have been touched by tragedy, and experienced the loss of loved ones.
Here in my country, we are mourning the passing of a beloved monarch, King Harald, at the age of 89. He passed away in the early hours of Friday, during the lunar eclipse. In the following days, the impact he has had on the people of Norway has become very visible. He was a loving and compassionate man, caring deeply for his people, especially for those in need.
Every day, thousands gather in front of the Royal Palace here in Oslo to pay their respects. It is a very touching experience to be there, an atmosphere of quiet dignity and deep gratitude. But most of all, it gives you a sense of connectedness and community, of feeling the bond that is between us all. It is as if through the passing of this one man, we see ourselves – and each other – more clearly.

Dear friends! April is coming to a close. It is has been an impactful month, opening the eyes and hearts of so many across the globe. As events continue to escalate, stirring up emotions and igniting fear, we are being called to act as frequency holders. To be like islands of coherence in the midst of the chaos, shining our light to help others navigate through the stormy waters.

Dear friends! Soon, we welcome November. And for the three of us who have called Land of Grace home for six years, we do so in our new homes. This period of relocation has been very hectic and emotional, but in a good way. So many powerful confirmations that this was meant to be. An important part of our lives has come to a close, and a bright and brand new one is just about to begin. Little by little, we are starting to settle into all of the New. Far from each other geographically, but with a deep, deep bond between us that will stay with us forever. We have been called to be in service in new places and in new ways, and we welcome this change with gratitude and joy.

Dear friends! This Sunday is June 1. It is the beginning of the month of the Solstice. For many of us, May has been a month of deep healing, wholing and expansion, leaving us reeling from the intensity of it all. Especially during these last few days. It is as if we are finally shedding our old skins, allowing “the memories of our magnificence to surface” .
This birthing process can be more than overwhelming. But it is also beautiful. As a collective, we are taking a huge step forwards. Out of the old shadows, getting ready to “display the full spectrum of our Cosmic Colours”. This Sunday, June 1, at 20:00 our time (UTC+2), we invite you to join our June Gathering in Grace. Let us come together in spirit and shine our light as ONE for a 30 minute meditation to celebrate June and our own emergence.
We will be in Valldal at the time of the Gathering. It is a very special place, deep in the fjords, surrounded by mountains. It is also the starting point for a spiritual pilgrimage we have been called to take during the week leading up to the Solstice. Then, a group of us will journey through the mountains of Jotunheimen and Dovre. It will be a journey of ceremonies and activations, of opening up pathways of energy within and without. So some of this energy will be with us as we sit down to meditate this Sunday.
The flowers in the photo above also wanted to add their energy to this message and to this Gathering. They are called Rhodiola rosea, or Roseroot. Deeply rooted in the rocky seashore nearby, they are true Starbursts of light. Their powerful healing properties are here to remind us that we too, carry so much light within us.
