Dawn choir

Dear friends! This morning, I felt called to re-share these words with a new video:

The choir of light is singing.

Ever stronger.

Ever brighter.

Like the jubilant sound of birds

heralding in dawn,

your voices ring out across the world.

In what for many may seem

as the darkest of hours,

you send out a message of hope.

For this is not the end.

This is the beginning

of a vibrant New Day.

And one by one,

countless others will pick up their courage,

adding their voice to this wondrous choir of light.

Can you feel it in your heart?

Can you feel it in your bones?

Dawn is coming.

The Sands of Time

This message from a few years back re-emerged when I was walking on the beach and saw these imprints in the sand.

Step by step you go

through the sands of time,

across undulating dunes

of vibrant presence.

Every single particle

a microcosmos.

A fraction of the whole.

Created by the friction

of wave after wave of Consciousness

flowing in from the Ocean of Eternity.

Potential collapsing

into reality.

The Zero Point.

Where everything becomes.

Again. And again.

Just like you.

Alchemical metamorphosis continues

Alchemical metamorphosis

continues on a cellular level.

The fluidity of the realms

may cause confusion,

for by now, everything will be in flux.

An inner focus is advisable,

as the outer presentation of chaos

will only intensify.

Much attention will be drawn

to what is being destabilized,

and the process in itself is unsettling.

But what appears as a collapse,

is in actual fact a total restructuring.

And when the dust begins to settle,

you will behold the most wondrous of things.

Until then, seek out that safe haven within.

As always, your inner illumination

is the best way to lighten up the path ahead.

Silently witnessing the unfolding

Silently witnessing the unfolding

as light continues to cascade on to this planet.

Cracks appear, within and without.

Letting the light in,

is akin to letting go

of all of the old stories.

No change comes unannounced.

Everything is registered.

Everything is welcomed.

Perhaps not by the mind.

But your true Self

is the one opening the door.

The very essence of your being

is saying YES.

To reclaiming your identity.

To reclaiming your powers.

So embrace the light.

It is the great liberator.

Of minds.

Of hearts.

And of souls.

Arrival

Slowly you emerge,

untangling yourself

from the debris of history.

Fret not if your field of vision still seems limited.

The future may speak softly,

but soon, it will sing loudly within you.

This passage is not one that will go unnoticed.

Not by you, nor by anyone.

The depth of change is by far

the most profound you have ever experienced.

As a collective, as well as individuals.

So take a deep breath,

and give yourself the space you need

to anchor these changes as they come.

At times, one by one.

But more often than not,

as vibrant and vigorous clusters.

Remember, you have given yourselves

this gift of Arrival.

So cherish it,

even though it might be more

than a little daunting.

For you are indeed

made from the same stuff as the stars.

And now, you are finally

beginning to outshine them all.

Where New Life arises

In the churning waters of chaos

is where New Life arises.

Far beyond the limits of your imagination.

Confusion may be ripe,

but know that everything

is moving in the right direction.

Not seeing is not the same as not knowing.

Remember, at the depths of your being,

all is well.

Always.

So too in this.

So rest in that space of not seeing the next step.

For you are on your way back to your own fullness.

But it will happen only when the time is right.

In the meantime,

find your way into that stillness

that is at the heart of the chaos.

That is where deep knowing is.

That is where peace resides.

That is where you will find yourself again.

Water speaks

Within stillness,

there is so much movement.

Within darkness,

there is so much light.

Beneath the frozen surface,

life itself is finally stirring into life.

An unstoppable motion.

A veritable fountain of light.

That is what you see

when your heart cracks open.

That is what you feel

when your mind is set free.

Nothing or no one

can stop the flow.

Nothing or no one

can turn back the tide.

Change is already cascading through your veins.

Lighting you up from within.

Changing the world around you.

One breath at a time.

The Gardener and the Seed

I am the gardener and the seed.
Birthing my own self.
Silently witnessing the unfolding.
Body and soul merging as I emerge.
Becoming one, becoming me.

Dear Family of Grace!

These words came back to me this morning, and I was inspired to make this video from our garden. I received the message a few years ago, but now, it feels more relevant than ever. As you may recall from my last message, “Coming Full Circle,” it has been quite a journey of emergence I have taken these last 11 years. Especially since my sister Lisbeth and I literally transplanted ourselves to Stavika to live and work with Eva Julia.

We arrived here in January 2020, becoming full time partners in Eva Julia’s yoga studio in downtown Molde. Then, on March 20, everything changed. Covid lockdown began in Norway. We were no longer allowed to do what we came here to do.

We did not know it at the time, but that was the beginning of Land of Grace. Because that was when we started to embrace the magic that lives here on our land. Little by little, we started to create our garden. When Eva Julia first came, there was almost nothing here except grass and paving stones.

As we started to dig, we could feel the energies themselves opening up, activating and guiding us as we worked. It was as if the land itself showed us where to plant and where to create sacred spaces. And so, what started out as a small vegetable garden, has grown into so much more. At last count, we have created around 40 flower and vegetable beds. In addition, we have our meditation path along the river, the Elf garden, fire pits and our Ceremony Circle down in the grove.

It is not just the garden that has expanded since we came here. We have also grown. It has been a process of death and rebirth. Of letting go of the old version of ourselves. Of having to say goodbye to all the plans we had, and the future we expected. Instead, we have given life to Land of Grace. And we have found our true calling. From all of the chaos of these last two years, clarity has risen.

Now, we see ourselves. Now, we KNOW why we are here. As individuals, and as a collective. Not just to BE on this land, but to share it. With you, and with all who feel the same calling to find their way home. Home to their Self. And home to humanity.

It is time to remember who we are. To rediscover our own immense potential. And to reclaim the right to live our lives in joyful collaboration with others. To quote from one of the last messages I shared as Aisha North:
” It is not an “every man for himself”- world.
Rather, it is a world that finds its strength from
the simple idea that everything and everyone is connected.
And it is only through such collaboration,
anchored in the heart,
you will build a future
that stands on the firmest of grounds.”

Our vision is to continue to expand this community more and more. To help others find their way back home to themselves by inviting them to visit Land of Grace. In person, or in this space. And thanks to you, we are already a global family. Thank you for saying YES to becoming a part of our life.
